A Bad Company 2 online tournament has been announced by ON3Network and Electronic Arts in New Zealand. The online tournament would comprise of teams of 12 players (eight main players and four helping substitutes), and the players will clash in the tournament of 8 vs. 8 rounds. The winners would be declared as the best players in the world.

The prizes for the winning team have been decided to be an HP 320G Pocket Media Drive, a Bad Company 2 t-shirt and a Puma Cap for each and every member of the team and the captain will be awarded an HP High Performance Elite Desktop Computer.
