Michael Atkinson Quits His Position

Mr. Michael Atkinson has decided to leave his position of authority, thinking that this step down would restore the Government's leadership and also so that he can get more quality time to spend with his family.

He was first elected to Parliament in 1989, where he said that he would continue with his position until the subsequent election in 2014.

Following his resignation, Australia is a step nearer to play R18+ video games.

Mr. Atkinson had strongly been opposing the introduction of an R18+ rating games, and he was claimed to have said that his family was more vulnerable to angry gamers than any other bikie gangs.

The people belonging to the gaming industry were happy to receive Mr. Atkinson's resignation and said that it opened the path for an R18+ rating.

They have been feeling a sense of excitement, as this is going to help them ensure that the future prospects would enable them to get an unbiased and suitable classification system, which would further help them come at equal levels internationally.

Editor for online activist group, Protect Children from Mature Games, Jeremy Jastrzab said that, he has been able to collect more than 35,000 signatures for its R18+ appeal, launched all across the retail stores.
