Hemeryx, by Kristabel Quek, is one of the ten finalists of the Martell VSOP "The Ultimate Start-Up Space challenge", in which only one will be crowned with the victory.
When asked about the details regarding the business idea put forward as Hemeryx, and about the outstanding features of the same, Kristabel Quek said that it was sketched as "customer-focused chill out location".
Kristabel further said that it has been designed to be a place for customer's hangout where they meet their friends and other people with similar interests in order to offer an innovative networking experience.
Elaborating on the idea, Kristabel shared that likes and dislikes of the customers visiting Hemeryx by RFID technology and online website can be understood, which in turn will make it easier for the provider to suggest food and beverages according to the "order history" of the customers.
Kristabel gave a detailed insight to the idea as she informed that Hemeryx will permit purchasing alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks for the friends of the user on discount price using "website and multi-touch table" and the friends can in turn earn a trip to Clark Quay to convert it at our bar counter.
The problem of time and venue does not create a problem as the drink can be bought at website anytime preferable.
Kristabel also said that the idea initiated out of "boredom and inspiration" and it makes sure that the customers are kept satisfied and excited.
