Sandra Bullock does not seem to be happy, despite having won an Oscar recently. The reason is her unfaithful, motorcycle enthusiast husband Jesse James, who she recently caught cheating on her. Now, to make matters worse, the actress is tied in a very messy custody battle. Yes, that's right, Sandra wants Sunny all to herself.

And we can't really blame the poor girl for this. She has reportedly thought of Sunny as her own daughter, and would not want her to live with her frivolous and untrustworthy father. Who ever heard of someone fighting for the custody of a stepchild before? Not us for sure! This does show that Sandra's heart is definitely in the right place.

Reports are that now Jesse is having a hard time explaining Sunny as to why her beloved mom is not spending time with her. Chances are that the daughter might now start hating him, although he is trying pretty hard. His heart is definitely not in the right place, and we are very upset with him!

40 year old Jesse is reportedly very "upset" that his actions have caused such grief to Sandra, who should have been very happy right now had it not been for Jesse's "issues".

While reports that Sandra is looking to attain legal custody of Sunny are very strong, the actress's representative has said that these are all rumors and there "have never been any plans for Sandra to adopt any of Jesse's children". We hope this isn't true!

Here's wishing Sandra all the best for all the legal battles that might be coming her way because while the custody is still speculated, the divorce is certainly happening.
