Males Drinking More Than a Liter of Cola had Lesser Sperm Count, Revealed a Stud

A recent report has revealed that the males who are habitual of drinking a liter or more cold drinks in a day threat their fertility as it affects the sperm count in men by 30%.

Tina Kold Jensen, Heading the Research, stated that cold drink lovers, after observations were found to be different than others in many ways.

In this research, more than 2500 young males were examined as the caffeine content in the cold drink was tested for causing infertility by having a negative impact on the reproductive system.

This research was aimed at knowing the effect of increasing cold drink consumption among the Danish youngsters.

The study revealed that the men having more cola have 35 million sperm per milliliter as compared to others, who had lesser cola and an average sperm quality of 50 million sperm per milliliter semen and therefore had a superior and healthier lifestyle.

But researchers from Copenhagen University Hospital in Denmark state that caffeine cannot be blamed for causing the problems as it is also found in coffee, that too in a higher amount, but it was not found to have the same effect.
