The report regarding Jesse James getting his mistress pregnant has put his marriage on the verge of being broken with Sandra Bullock.

A friend of the actress said, "She has made up her mind. She is talking to her lawyer and definitely decided to file for divorce from Jesse ... She is over him".

Sandra has commented that she does not have any association with James anymore and reports have come up of her giving a continuous tongue-lashing to him on calls. She has made up her mind of not forgiving him and is in talks with her lawyer to get the marriage over.

James is hopeful that while in rehabilitation centre, some solitude will help him to get well and save his 5 years marriage with Sandra. Jesse's lawyer has reported that he is now a broken man.

James is reportedly still very much in love with Sandra and desperately wants to save his marriage.

The actress who recently won an Oscar, on the other hand, does not seem to be in any mood for a reconciliation and is also reportedly going to fight for legal custody of Sunny, her step daughter.
