An ironical feast filled the community of rabbit lovers with rage. As per an editorial in The Arizona Republic, a bunch of people was unconvinced with the idea of thinking of how someone could slaughter a pet and then relish it.

In the piece of writing, it mentioned that Café Boa got more than 100 messages concerning their rabbit supper, which also included a call were the chef was wished a sluggish, excruciating death and the claim that he would definitely burn and suffer in hell.

The question is why these people are only sorry for rabbits. What about the other animals which are killed and eaten on a daily basis?

Why are rabbits being given such importance?

There is possibility of an error in the common sense of these rabbit lovers. Probably there is so much done to save this creature merely because of its beauty or because it is cute to look at.

The rabbits kept in Café Boa are not the domesticated ones but still they look cute and rabbit lovers love to cuddle them.

The general opinion regarding chickens is that they poop everywhere. The fur on their body is not soft and supple and it is taken to be more of a cheap food item.

People who claim to be pet lovers need to give deep thought to their ideas and consider all animals equal. They shouldn’t just save the cute looking ones and hog on the other less cute animals during their meals.
