Attacked Girl Shows Recovering Signs: Attorney

The attorney who is fighting the case of a 15 year old girl, who had been cruelly attacked by another teenager at a Florida middle school states, that the girl has started showing signs of recovery.

Rick Freedman says that doctors of medicine at Broward General Medical Center started dropping the coma-inducing drug which Josie Lou Ratley has been getting for the previous two weeks over the weekend.

Last week, doctors tried to wean Ratley off the drugs but because she caught high fever, they had to administer her with the drug again.

New pictures released of the beaten teen show the level of improvement which has come in the condition this patient.

With the wishes of family members and friends, Ratley has been able to recover soon for which her family wants to extend gratitude towards all those people who wished her well.

Wayne Treacy attacked Ratley on 17 March near a bus stop. He repeatedly punched Ratley and hit her with steel toed boots.

Treacy is being detained in a juvenile confinement center on an accusation of deliberate attempted assassination.
