Pregnant females who exercise during the time of their pregnancy have babies with better and controlled weight in the womb.
Mothers who are overweight are more likely to deliver larger babies. This definitely could lead to a higher health risk for the later stages of life of the baby.
A study had been conducted on first time mothers where they found that exercise was connected to the weight of baby.
UK guiding principles advises that ladies who are pregnant must take moderate exercise regularly, which would be beneficial for both, the mother and the baby.

Official guiding rules in the UK suggest that doctors should insist that patients who are expecting a child should take up moderate exercise on a regular basis.
The combined study by the University of Auckland and Northern Arizona University studied expectant females, half of whom were instructed to use exercise cycles for five 40 minute sittings every week.
They were supposed to carry on with exercising until the 36 week of pregnancy.
