Calorie Consumption Reduced If Eggs Are Consumed at Breakfast

A new study states that if eggs are consumed in the morning while taking breakfast, then it tends to reduce calorie intake of an individual throughout the day.

If a person eats eggs in the morning at breakfast then he most probably does not feel the need to consume anything which is high on calories at lunch or during anytime of the day.

This study backs an earlier study which stated that eating eggs at breakfast on a regular basis reduced the consumption of high calorie food and helped dieters who were overweight, lose 65% more weight and also made them feel even more energetic than those dieters who consumed a breakfast of similar amount and calories.

There is an increasing proof which provides support to the necessity of a diet which is high on protein quality, for the betterment of overall health.

The study examined two classic American breakfasts and the contestants’ self-examined hunger ratings which depicted that a breakfast which is rich in protein helps in keeping cravings at bay. An egg is one of the best sources of getting proteins which can be consumed at breakfast.
