There is good news for all Volkswagen fans. It has been revealed that the Volkswagen Passat CC has been refurbished to make room for five people. The car has also been equipped with new and more equipment compared to the standard model of the Passat.
Now five people can be accommodated in the car. This has been made possible with the inclusion of the middle rear seat.
However, though there is an additional seat, the space in the rear of the car is limited. The added seat will be best suited for children. The four seater Passat has also been taken off the market.
Besides the additional seat, the Passat CC is now equipped with a touch-screen satellite-navigation and Bluetooth device. The GT model is provided with cruise control, front and rear parking sensors, and a leather interior.
It is to be noted that the engine range has been left unchanged. The Passat still sports the engine of the 4 seat model. The car comes in 1.8-litre TSI, 2.0-litre TSI and 3.6-litre V6 petrol engines, and a 2.0-litre TDI diesel depending upon the version of the Passat.
