Bomb blast at market kills one, injures five in Iraq's Baquba

Baghdad - A bomb on Monday ripped through a market in the restive city of Baquba, killing a civilian and injuring five, witnesses told Deutsche Presse-Agentur, dpa.

Baquba is located in Diyala province, some 60 kilometres north of the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.

Although violence has significantly increased in Iraq. Provinces like Diyala and Baghdad still remain a challenge for security forces in Iraq. (dpa)
