Microsoft Launches Visual Studio 2010 and .Net Framework 4 Globally

Microsoft has finally launched its Visual Studio 2010 and .Net Framework 4 internationally proclaiming the launch of Silverlight 4 technology later in the week.

Delivering the keynote address at the TechED 2010, S Somasegar, Senior Vice President of Microsoft said that these kinds of software collectively relieve the users from complications enabling them to develop new platforms and perform high-end applications.

He further said that Microsoft's top 50 associates have also delivered products and solutions based on its latest technological developments. He also mentioned that .NET Framework 4 client profile reduces the runtime by 80%.

Silverlight 4 will offer strong media and business application capabilities which will enable the developers to provide best application experiences on the internet.

The Visual C++ 2010 has will also offer several new features, in contrast with the upcoming C++0x standard, which will include lambda expressions, compile-time assertions, the auto keyword for type inference and revalue references, etc. Some of the C++0x standard library features have also been included in the visual studio.

In addition to this, it also schedules and manages parallel works by simplifying simultaneous programming.
