Olive Telecommunications has launched the first triple SIM enabled phone, the V-Wiz GC800, in India, aiming to compete in the multi-sim handset driven market in the country.
The launch of the triple SIM phone has been a boom in the Indian market, making Olive the first to have introduced such a handset range in India.
The V-Wiz GC800 phone is loaded with a 5.58 cm color screen with a QWERTY keyword, a 2 Mega Pixel camera and WAP/MMS/GPRS. It is featured with bluetooth having A2DP and an access to social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, MSN and Yahoo in IM. It will be considering the opera mini browser for running the internet services.
In addition, the handset comes with the option of back paneling with three colors viz. yellow, silver and black. These colors are changeable and adaptable. A micro SD slot incorporated in the phone allows storage of up to 4GB data. Apart from all these features the handset has FM radio, Stereo headset, Speaker phones, a Music and Video Player and sound recorder.
As claimed by the company, the V-Wiz GC800 handset is priced at Rs. 6000 in India.
