Female Equivalent of Viagra Underway

It has been revealed that an equivalent of Viagra may soon be available for women in order to heighten their sexual arousal.

Scientists have been making attempts for many years to find a Viagra pill that elicits the same effects as the male Viagra pill.

It has been revealed that the pharmaceutical company that engendered the original Viagra pill has now managed to bring forth a prototype which augments blood flow to the genitalia in a manner similar to Viagra.

It is reported that more than half of women are afflicted with sexual dysfunction at some time in their lives. Women may experience a lack of desire, emotional or mental and physical troubles and they refrain from having sex.

According to reports, the Pharmaceutical conglomerate Pfizer has manufactured a drug, called UK-414,495. This drug intends to increase sexual arousal. However, the drug will have no effect whatsoever on desire, mood or emotional problems.

Chris Wayman, the lead researcher, evinced, 'Before this work, we knew surprisingly little about the processes that control all of these changes. Now that we are beginning to establish the pathways involved in sexual arousal, scientists may be able to find ways of helping women who would like to overcome female sexual arousal disorder”.
