The Swedish company has announced the prices and full specification details of the all-new Volvo S60 models. For the top-of-the-range T6 AWD SE Lux Geartronic Premium, the prices range from £23,295 for the D3 ES up to £36,745. The ones, who wish to buy it, may place orders ahead of the car's arrival in dealer showrooms in July. The first customer deliveries will start from August 2010.

The all-new Volvo S60 is sportier as well as more distinct than any previous Volvo. It is a four-door coupe which promises excellent driving dynamics in its design. The chassis team has refined every single detail that influences a car's driving properties in order to give the highest levels of driving enjoyment. The most dynamic driving characteristics will be offered through this car ever seen before on a Volvo.

It will be available with a choice of two diesels and one petrol engine. The recently developed five-cylinder 2.0-litre D3 engine produces 163hp and 400Nm of torque. The gearbox is manual which results in 54.3mpg fuel consumption. The new Volvo S60 features the ground-breaking Pedestrian Detection with Full Auto Brake system.

Its features also include Cruise Control, Electronic Climate Control, 5" color screen as part of the new Infotainment system2, Information Centre, steering wheel remote audio controls, Passenger Airbag Cut-Off Switch, alloy wheels and leather steering wheel and gear stick.
