On Wednesday's meeting, Gravesham Borough Council gave permission to Ebbsfleet Landmark Project to make a white horse statue which would be 50 m high and would be built next to the A2 dual carriageway in Kent.
This racehorse, designed by former Turner Prize winner Mark Wallinger, would be built next to A2 and everyone would be able to see it from the Eurostar trains. The funding partners would now be searched by the project team.
To start the project, £1m has been funded by Land Securities, London and Continental Railways and Eurostar whereas in total it is a £2m project.
The company focuses to make a high profile marker for the Ebbsfleet Valley and Ebbsfleet International Railway Station. The sculpture would be 33 times the original size of the horse.
The statue would be a precise representation of a thoroughbred racehorse. The technology that would be used to build this horse would be a boat building technology.
In England, thoroughbred was first bred during the 17th and the 18th century and the native mares were crossbred with imported Arabian stallions.
