In an instance of iPad robbery, in which a victim's finger had been ripped off with his iPad add more to a rising list of Apple products, which tend to attract crank offenders and wacky criminal acts.
Although there have been numerous cases of tech robberies, however, there is something extra remarkable when it is about Apple gadgets.
Tuesday's news includes information about 59-year-old Bill Jordan, who was taking an iPad from the Apple Store for his boss. In broad daylight, robbers took hold of the bag, however the draw string was draped around Jordan's finger, and while trying to run away with the bag, they pulled off the flesh and tendons in the struggle.
Jordan then used some napkins given by a close by food seller to try to control the flow of blood before medical help rushed him to the hospital.
Unluckily, a hand surgeon informed him that part of his finger would have to be surgically removed.
Police have surveillance tapes from the Cherry Creek Mall where the crime took place, which recorded all of that happened.
