People magazine reports that actress Chyler Leigh, 26, Meredith Gray's (Ellen Pompeo) little half-sister Lexie on ABC's hit medical drama 'Grey's Anatomy' is pregnant with her third child. Nathan West, 30, her musician / actor husband and she, already have two children: Noah, 5, and Taelyn, 2.

Lexie, in her last appearance seduced plastic surgeon McSteamy (Eric Dane), as she tried to get over being rejected by George, will not have Leigh's real-life pregnancy written into her 'Grey's' storyline.
