Samsung UE40 C7000 has been put on sale at John Lewis, which has become the first retailer in UK to sell the first LCD 3D television that will be accessible to the general public.

The main thing is that the 40 inch LCD model costs £1799 only, and comes with free five year guarantee.

The company is also giving Dreamworks movie's Monsters Vs Aliens in 3D.

Apart from 3D feature of the UE40 C7000, the display of this TV is just ordinary.

The C700 has Freeview HD tuner and is than 30mm broad. It makes use of LED-backlit technology and is also used for lessening the blur of the video, Samsung's own 200 Mhz Motion Plus processing is used.
