West Africa is all set to fight against Malaria. The people are being distributed millions of mosquito nets to prevent the spread of malaria.
The growth of malaria has been stopped because of the use of mosquito nets. The Government has strong evidence which shows that the prevention of malaria is possible due to the use of mosquito nets in West Africa. A consortium has been made to fight against the disease called as Roll Back Malaria initiative.

It has been reported that bed net coverage has risen up sharply in approximately 11 African countries. In Nigeria, the helpers from the consortium are distributing two nets per household to meet the aim of supplying 72 million mosquito nets to households by the end of the current year.
