New Zealand is on the mission to heal the health system, they are trying to encourage people to get in to health sector not only as doctors or nurses. The aim is to put more roles in to the profession. It depicts that the health sector is changing its outlook.

In the past, health career was just noticed to be a doctor or a nurse. The sector has been into major evolution and involves other careers like nurse practitioners, cyto technicians, phlebotomists and a complete new range of specialists. All these roles have been chalked out as there was the need of specialization.

New Zealand health services are being pressurized a lot for improvements, because of the increased demand from the growing population. The demand would open a new platform for the health services and would provide opportunities for the major workforce.
