Symantec made an announcement on a succession of awaiting channel improvements, which among other things, consisted of a wave of new specializations on the storage surface.
Representatives stated that the firm is very much focused and will direct its associates to become specialized, so that they can be distinguished in the market and raise their competitive proceeds.
Randy Cochran, Symantec Vice President of North American channel sales, said that the firm will continue to expand its product line. This is why, it is asking it partners to step up and be prepared to compete at its best and become specialized in their domain.
Cochran stated that the corporation is calling for partners to have a position and be specialized with the know-how of the business, in order to meet the demands of varying customer requirements and threat environment.
It is no more just an AV game. The costumers need help and they want advice only from the best in the industry.
Presently, Symantec offers specializations in spheres such as endpoint management, SMB, Data Loss Prevention, foundational venture security and IT Compliance.
