It has been reported that the next update for the Opera software is now ready for your desktop browser with its Opera 10.53 version. It has been announced that it is to be released officially tomorrow and this update has been recommended as it was very good when both stability and security is concerned.

The previous Opera 10.52 had a huge vulnerability which affected Windows in a very bad way as it could be easily used by the hackers to execute code that might turn out to be very nasty.

The new update however, fixes these problems and it also deals with the other issues that Opera 10.52 had like the Google Maps freeze - ups.

While making it clear that it has a lot of changes and would be very good for Windows, it is not very clear on the differences the new Opera 10.53 would cause for Mac users. It was also reported that a new Beta Release Candidate was also released by Opera for UNIX and it was commented to be as good as Beta was but it also had its flaws.

It would be good if you wanted to just experiment but it's not a good idea to use it as an only browser.
