St. Catherine HIV patient charged with sexual assault

 A HIV positive man from St. Catherine has been charged of aggravated sexual assault on his partner. Niagara Regional Police Service says that the man did not disclose his status to his partner.

The police had received a complaint on the account from his partner. The victim, his partner, came to know from an external source about his HIV positive status. 

The man has been arrested on the charges made by his partner against him and would remain in custody until a bail hearing.
