The Academy Award Winning Actress soon filed for divorce after hearing the news of her partner's infidelity. The house shared by the famous couple is being sold reportedly for $6 million.

According to reports, the stunning Long Beach water-side home in Southern California is beyond the reach of most of the people. A potential buyer willing to buy this palatial house will first has to pre-qualify and only then can hope to purchase the property. The process involves submission of bank statements first and even includes taking their pictures.

The actress will move to a Victorian mansion in New Orleans along with her adopted son, according to reports. She has already started furnishing the property and hopes to move in soon.
