Standard couples usually do not get out of the stress mode until 8:44 p. m.

A study has established that people settle down by 8:05 p. m. However, they are not fully relaxing at that time, because it takes another 30 minutes to unwind themselves. So it means that they really feel relaxed by 8:44 p. m.

Researchers have also found that married couples are unable to spend more than 75 minutes of quality time with each other on a daily basis.

The study also demonstrated that 6 in 10 women arrange or prepare the evening meal, as contrasted with just a third of men and 4 in 10 women subsequently do the washing or cleaning of the dishes.

More number of women are involved in helping their kids getting ready for school or filling out forms or checking mails, although only 17% fathers have been seen helping their kids with their homework as contrasted with 13% women doing the same.

Women get tired earlier than men and prefer to go to bed immediately after finishing the daily chores. The research showed some more factors upon which they carried the poll.
