Google's Android operating system is available in so many things whereas now a new type of Android may be coming.

It might be coming in televisions also known as the Google TV. It would possibly be an Internet-enabled, Android-based television. This device could run an operating system on its own.

A recent report in Bloomberg BusinessWeek showed that the Google TV could run a brand spanking new version of Android known as Dragonpoint.

With the help of the Android Dragonpoint OS the television could be changed into a whole new kind of high-tech hybrid. It was seen from the past new that Google TV Google search along with a version of Google's Chrome browser would also be included in the TV.

Intel's Atom processor would be used in the TV to give power to the system. The reports showed that the technology would be available in different forms like standalone set-top boxes, Blu-ray players, and TVs.

It has been assumed that Google might be declaring its TV at Google's conference in San Francisco on May 19 and 20 later this month.
