Range Rover Sport Receives a Facelift

The Range Rover Sport, a major addition to the Land Rover lineup, flaunt its bodyshell lines that make it look similar to a squat Range Rover Vogue, however, actually built on the underpinnings of the Land Rover Discovery.

This sporty SUV aims to bridges the void between the off road-oriented Disco, and the luxurious Rangie.

Now the vehicle witnesses a face lift. In fact, the entire Land Rover range has been received a refurbishment 2010 in a project that has witnessed more than 5000 changes introduced to the fleet, including new engines, more luxurious interiors, improved brakes and suspension systems, and refreshed looks.

In addition, the front bumpers and fenders have received a slight change to come up with a more sporting look. At the rear, it flaunts light clusters and a refurbished bumper design to mirror the smoother front end.

However, overall, that distinctive Range Rover look, featuring its powerful shoulder line and gently sloping roof remains.

Also, the interior has received a contemporary design, flaunting heavy use of higher quality materials and soft-touch finishes.

It now has 50 per cent less switches in an effort to give the interior a 'cleaner' look.
