The Conservatives have won the maximum MPs in the UK general election, but failed to get a majority, resulting in the first hung Parliament since 1974.
As counting continues, the Tories have grabbed 92 seats, while Labor have lost on 86 seats and the Lib Dems six, in spite of anticipations of a come through for the third party.
The war is now in progress to witness which leader can make a Government.
Lib Dem Leader, Nick Clegg said that the circumstances was "fluid", but the Tories had the primary right to ask for governance.
Getting back at Lib Dem headquarters in London, he said, "It is vital that all parties, all political leaders, act in the national interest and not out of narrow party political advantage".
He said that he "stuck by" his vision that the party with the largest consent, in terms of votes and seats, should have the right to ask for rule first.
He added that it appears that this morning, it's the Conservative Party, which has more votes and more seats, though not a complete majority.
He remarked that it's at present, it is up to the Conservative Party to show that it's competent enough to seek administration in the national welfare.
