Whether, it was 'Hancock' or 'Seven Pounds', Will Smith's name on the marquee pleased theatre owners as no other, as the star generated the mostest in box office revenues. For which, Smith, 40, only the second black actor, Sidney Poitier topped the poll for 'Guess Who's Coming to Dinner' and 'In the Heat of the Night' in 1968, has been voted as one to the Top Ten stars, who raked in the moolah.

'Hancock' his superhero summer hit made $228-million, while 'Seven Pounds' still in theatres, has done $39-million in two weeks. The other stars who made the Top Ten list are, as follows:

1.    Will Smith - 'Hancock' and 'Seven Pounds'
2.    Robert Downey Jr. - 'Iron Man' and 'Tropic Thunder'.
3.    Christian Bale - 'The Dark Knight'.
4.    Shia LaBeouf - 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull'.
5.    Harrison Ford - 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull'.

Rounding off the Top Ten list are Adam Sandler, Reese Witherspoon, George Clooney, Angelina Jolie and Daniel Craig.

Johnny Depp, last year's winner, did not have any film release this year, and Tom Cruise, a seven-time winner, also did not make it to this year's poll list of movie theatre owners and film buyers.

Anne Hathaway for her role in 'Rachel Getting Married', won the vote for Top Star Of Tomorrow, together with Chris Pine for 'Bottle Shock'.

Publishers of the International Motion Picture Almanac have conducted The Quigley Poll every year since 1932, asking owners of movie theatres and film buyers to vote for ten stars, who generated the most box office revenue in the year.
