The most talked around topic is weight loss programs and now a day's everybody is looking for quick and efficient methods for weight loss. Scientists have recommended crash diet is the best solution for losing weight but many nutritionists around the globe say a big no to crash diet.
A new study conducted by a team of researchers at the University of Florida has examined 250 fat ladies. 50 percent of women were kept on crash diet to lose weight and remaining 50 percent were kept on other ways to lose weight.
All these were observed for 18 months and finally scientist came to a conclusion that women tend to follow crash diet looses more weight as compared to other women who follow different ways to shed their weight. Despite of the fact that the outcome is predictable the team has proved it technically also.
According to the study weight loss program during first month is crucial for the remaining months to come because it clearly provide an evidence that people who tend to shed more weight during their first month of diet will continue to lose weight in less time.
Scientists suggest that if your prime focus is shedding of weight than you should always go for crash diet. Risk involved in crash diet are not so big as risk attached with obesity so one can take chance to experienced crash diet rather than continuing with obese body.
