Absconder filmmaker, Roman Polanski has been charged with a second time of sexual assault of a teen girl.
British actress, Charlotte Lewis said that the Oscar-winning director sexually abused her when she was 16 years old, which is, just a few years after Polanski was accused in California of physical exploiting a 13-year-old girl.
Polanski, 76, is under house arrest in Switzerland, and facing banishment to the United States. After pleading culpable to illegitimate sexual intercourse, he skipped out immediately before getting sentenced in 1978 and stayed on the lam until Swiss powers arrested him on Sept. 26.
Lewis, 42, stated that she decided to raise her voice since she heard that Polanski was struggling banishment. The actress, who made an appearance in the 1986 Polanski film Pirates, said that he had molested her in his Paris apartment house in the worst possible way, somewhere around in 1982.
She said that he took advantage of her and that she has been tormented with the effects of his behaviors ever since the incident happened with her.
A Los Angeles County District Attorney's office spokesperson informed that prosecutors had a meeting with Lewis, but did not offer to spill any further details.
