Bristol Follows Mother’s Lucrative Steps

Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol, is set to become a speaker at the age of 19. The lady talks about her experiences as a teen mom but she believes wisdom comes with a price. She will be charging between US$15,000 and $30,000 per speech. However, Palin gets US$100,000 per speech.

Bristol signed on with a speakers' bureau called Single Source Speakers and will now speak at conferences, fundraisers, special events as well as other programs associated with youth and women. Bristol's pregnancy with her X-boyfriend, Levi Johnston, turned out to be a subject of intense scrutiny in 2008 during her mother's vice-presidential bid. She gave birth to a baby boy and then became an advocate for self-denial.

She also started working with organization called Candie's Foundation, which works against teenage pregnancy. Like Sarah Palin, she is also writing a book, in which she talks about her experiences on the campaign trail, her unsuccessful engagement with Levi Johnston and her life as a single mom.

The 19-year-old will be speaking at women's youth, pro-life and antiabortion events countrywide. She also set to appear on a pregnancy-themed episode of ABC Family's "Secret Life of the American Teenager" this summer.
