O2 has proclaimed that it is going to launch the Pre Plus and the Pixi Plus in UK on May 28, along with iPad. The Pre Plus will be equipped with twice the amount of online storage and the Pixi Plus will come up with WiFi.

Both the handsets are the updated versions of the older ones.

Also, Pre Plus will be loaded with touchstone compatibility. But, the users will have to buy the inductive charging dock additionally.

O2 explained that both the smartphones will be capable of carrying unlimited data, public WiFi, as well as BT Openzone and unlimited texts.

The tariffs will start from £25 per month on a two-year contract basis and 100 minutes and £99 and £49 for Pre Plus and Pixi Plus, respectively.

For a shorter period of 18 months, the users can go for a fiver. Here, the sweet spot will be available £35 band with 600 minutes for both Pre Plus and the Pixi Plus.

On the whole, both the handsets are priced at greater prices as compared to the rivals. The T-mobile charges for HTC come out to be £25 per month.
