Bret Michaels Shares With Oprah the Secret for His Second Life Be Here'

Appearing for the first time after recovering, Bret Michaels shares with Oprah the secret for his second life on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

He appeared on the show to discuss his medical emergency and his subsequent recovery from the serious subarachnoid hemorrhage.

He told Oprah that in the wake of the dreadful disease he got extremely sad and asked God to help him get through the difficult time.

Michaels further added that he asked God to forgive him for the rotten things that he had done in his life and promised God that he would be a better human being in the future.

According to Dr. Joseph Zabramski, who was treating Michael, he said that when Michael's first arrived to the hospital, his condition was extremely serious. He calls Michael's recovery as nothing less than a miracle.

Michael divulged on the Oprah show that while he was struggling, he firmly fixed his thoughts on his priorities and on what matters most to him. He thought of his kids, family, best friends and loved ones

He further said that during his ordeal he never had his career on his mind.

Report photos reveal that throughout his ordeal he was spotted wearing his trademark bandanna and according to Michael his bandana is like the cape of Superman.

Disclosing the secret to his second life he told Oprah, "I don't know what the reason is just yet. Whatever or whomever blessed me, whatever guardian angel I had when I think of all the crazy, crazy things I've done in my life, I'm just very thankful to be here".
