It has been reported that the description of a stalker menacing women at two Canberra military organizations is as a tall, dark-haired young man with unkempt facial hair.
Preliminary reports recommended that a hooded 16-year-old boy may perhaps have been accountable, but the idea has been dismissed by the police.
It is said that the stalker has been aiming the partners of soldiers on out of the country service, leading to hint that he might be an insider at the Australia Defense Force Academy or the Royal Military College.
Today, a source working at institutes provided a fresh description of the man to AAP.
The source said in his statement, "He's 180 centimeters, short dark hair and scruffy facial hair," the source said."He must be pretty fit, too, because he is outrunning people who chase him”.
It was confirmed by the police that since January, the stalker had been targeting women in the area, standing near the windows and in backyards.
According to the Defense Minister, John Faulkner yesterday, the problem was the main concern.
He said that while this is going on, their main objective must be the safety and protection of their families, of Australian Defense Force families, of the personnel of ADFA and the Royal Military College.
