Court records made public reveal, actress Patricia Arquette, 40, has filed for divorce from her husband, actor Thomas Jane, on grounds of 'irreconcilable differences'. The two married since June 2006, are parents to 5-year-old Harlow Olivia Calliope Jane, their daughter.

The Chicago born actress, who won an Emmy for her act in the television crime drama 'Medium', was married to Nicolas Cage from 1995 - 2001. She is seeking custody of her daughter, with visitation rights for Jane.

As for Jane, 39, he can be seen in a couple 'Medium' episodes, including the 2004 movie version of 'The Punisher' comic book. In September, he was placed on a year's probation, after pleading no contest to a drunken driving count in California 's Kern County .
