It is the biggest cash prize offered at any of the airports worldwide! Also, a total amount of S$200,000 will be distributed amongst other 188 winners. These offers have opened up the Changi Airport for not just to catch up flights, but also as a place to shop.

A healthy growth of sales at these shops can now be seen as plentiful numbers of travelers, along with many visitors, come here to shop and dine. Despite of the success achieved that accounted to be of a rise of 16% of sales year-on-year, the Changi airport is not resting on its stage of laurels. This was the second straight quarter of positive growth for the first four months of this year.

But the group aims to earn even further. Another offer that it has come up with is of a dangling cash prize of S$1 million for one lucky shopper, just to captivate more bargain hunters.

Changi Airport Group's Executive Vice-President of Commercial Affairs, Lim Peck Hoon, said, "We believe in being proactive and responsible landlords to our tenants. We not only want to attract more shoppers to the airport, we also want to entice them to spend more and this will help our tenants to grow the business together".
