Nintendo Kickstarts Australian Road Tour from 27 June

Nintendo Australia has declared that it is collecting all its games and filling up the bus with petrol, as the time to begin the Nintendo Connection Tour 2010 hit the three-week spot.

Kicking off on 27 June in Queensland, the tour bus will go to eight shopping malls throughout Australia and one in New Zealand demonstrating games such as Super Mario Galaxy 2, in addition to a lot of Nintendo DS and Wii titles.

For those with a gung ho streak, Nintendo will also be organizing a New Super Mario Bros. Wii Coin Challenge at every spot.

You can participate in the competition as a group or as an individual to claim rewards on the day, with the `on the whole' champ from every location being flown to Sydney after the visit, to settle on the national champion.

However, if you're not very good at the games, visualize yourself to be the informal protégé to Charles Martinet (the voice of Mario), for Nintendo will also be making use of the events to discover the finest Mario voice mimic too.

Meanwhile, the SMG2A has a new characteristic, the Cosmic Witch that helps you cope with some of the riskier elements of the game.

Producer, Yoshiaki Koizumi said, "Giving the player video hints was an idea that we first used in Donkey Kong Jungle Beat on the GameCube".
