'A Lot of The Time I Can't Handle It’, Says Stewart

Targeted by paparazzi is equivalent to being raped, believes The "Twilight" actress Kristen Stewart who is recently equated to being a celebrity.

Talking about the pictures, she says, whenever she looks at them she feels as if she's looking at someone being raped.

Known for being a relatively private person, it's a surprising outburst for the actress. In the same interview, she refused to address the rumors she and co-star Robert Pattinson were dating.

Still, Stewart, whose role as Bella Swan puts her in the center of a rabid fan base and a multimillion-dollar franchise, is as qualified as anyone to talk about the burdens of fame.

"Your little persona is made up of all the places that people have seen you and what has been said about you", says Stewart, who played rocker Joan Jett in this year's "The Runaways"."What you don't see are the cameras shoved in my face and the bizarre intrusive questions being asked, or the people falling over themselves, screaming and taunting to get a reaction", she adds.

Quick to defend her happiness, the actress says that it's not something like, she's miserable, but it's just that somebody yelling at her would obviously make her feel bad.

The energy doesn't look to be stopping anytime soon.

"Eclipse", the third film in the "Twilight" saga, premieres in a few weeks. In it, Bella struggles, yes, still, between her love for Edward Cullen, the vampire, and Jacob Black, the werewolf, as the whole vamps/werewolf struggle continues to boil around her.

It's an odd parallel to real life, where Stewart has been linked romantically to both Pattinson and Lautner at some point or another At the end of the day, it seems to be worth it for Stewart, even though she's often run ragged by the amount of exposure she gets as a star.
