Finally, workers of Foxconn Technology Group have some answers for the questions poured onto the Group after workers committed suicide at the Company's factory near the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen.

A worker said explained that everybody there works so hard and continuous that they get "yelled at all the time". He added that it is really "tough around here".

Explaining further he said that conversation on the production line is prohibited, bathroom breaks are 10 minutes every two hours and constant noise from the factory is irritating and that it has damaged its hearing.

He also added that he time and again asked for a transfer but every time his request got rejected.

The monthly salary he gets is 900 Yuan, which is undoubtly very less and he cannot even sent money home. The terror of the managers is to an extent that the worker did not want to disclose his name.

It has been known that about 10 employees at Taipei-based Foxconn have committed suicide till now. And half of them died in May.

After the blunders, billionaire founder of the group Gou opened his factories to outside scrutiny and also apologize for not being able do something in this context.
