An event was held yesterday at Hugos Manly as part of Gold Week. It aimed to raise money for the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick. This is the fifth time the event is being organized and it aims to raise 600,000 this time.

At the event, Nikki Dunlop was the guest speaker and mother of a patient addressed 200 people. She pointed that the hospital played a major role in saving her daughter’s life. She pointed that she is very passionate about helping the hospital.

She pointed that now her daughter is a normal, bright and bubbly seven-year-old.

The aim of the Gold Week is to help the sick children get better. All the money generated from the event will be used to purchase vital equipment, fund hospital research and fellowship positions and contribute towards the improvement.
