In a new controversial statement Lily Allen has alleged that Brit Awards are all planned. This statement of Lily Allen has come following her Brit award for the Best Female Solo Artist for year 2010. Lily has said that the received award means nothing to her.

Lily, in her claim has said that Brit award meant a lot to her few years back; however, it is worth nothing for her now since all these awards are pre-intended and fixed. According to her, record Company executives craft their deal with the ITV and Producers. These producers, in exchange for their performance time, get the awards.

Brit awards are produced by ITV in collaboration with the Brit Trust. ITV and Brit Trust have refuted the claims. A spokesman of Brits has said that the process of choosing the awardees is very transparent and lawful. He said that the process involves more than 1,000 people voting for the awards and the staff from the Electoral Reform Services monitors the results independently.
