Gazprom willing to resume gas deliveries, Miller says

Brussels - Russian gas monopolist Gazprom is willing to reopen gas supplies to the European Union as swiftly as possible on condition that the EU monitors the flow of gas through Ukraine, the company's chief, Alexei Miller, said in Brussels on Thursday.

Miller was speaking after talks with EU officials and the head of Ukrainian gas monopolist Naftogaz in Brussels, two days after his company cut off all gas deliveries via Ukraine to Europe. (dpa)
