Working for creating a map that encompasses all the information of the world, Google UK has announced a property listings element for the Maps service that it provides.

It has been informed that the new feature will be offering sales and lettings information from partners that will also include many of the country's largest estate and letting agencies. The Google Maps listing will be offered for free. With this service the landlord and the agents will get a perfect background for advertising their property.

The magnified visibility of this Google application will also be a service of benefit for the house hunters and the property owners, as well.

It is expected that it will also promote the transparency and will make it easier for the buyers and tenants to have a glimpse of the property or the area where they chose to invest.

Andrew Foster, Product Manager at Google, said that the addition of property listing to the map is for "putting everything together for tenants and buyers in one place".

All the properties that one will search for in the application will be highlighted in as circles on the map, for further information the user will be required to click on the desired location.

At the launch of this service, Google claimed that the database has thousands properties to offer.
