The studio Quantic Dream has put a hold on the development Heavy Rain Chronicles DLC for an indefinite period. The news is not a rumor and has been confirmed by a report from the Game Informer.
The project was placed on hold due to a request from Sony to develop a Move patch for Heavy Rain Chronicles. The news will not be liked by the fans of the popular gaming title.
The game had received a lot of praise from gamers, as well as, the critics. It had managed to build a strong fan following and many were looking keenly to the next version. The latest news will make all of them feel disappointed.
The first batch of DLC 'The Taxidermist' was distributed free to the people, who had earlier purchased the game. It was afterwards released for sale on the Play Station Network.
After the latest news, the future of the game is in serious trouble.
The news was repeated by the studio. It was revealed that Quantic Dream will go ahead with the next project and will also try to optimize Heavy Rain for Move.
It was earlier announced that the game will be designed for PlayStation Move but it was ready before the new device from Sony. It is expected that Move will reach the market by September.
