Michael Jackson memorial plaque on his death anniversary

A memorial event is to be held at one of the West End Theater in London in the evening of the first anniversary of the death of pop king Michael Jackson. Jackson was died in Los Angeles just a week before last year. He was scheduled to perform at the O2 Arena of London last year.

The plaque is expected to be unveiled at the Lyric Theater on 24th June. The show Thriller Live is now being played at the same theater.

The show includes a string of hit music from Jackson and some of his solo records.

Fans gathered in that theater after the death of the pop king on 25th June last year. They created a shrine of flowers, tributes, candles and 40 books of condolence. The winner of the Britain's Got Talent 2009, the dance group Diversity will attend the ceremony for the plaque.

The cast of Thriller Live will also present at the event and before the performance on the Friday night, six youngsters will sing the 'Speechless'- The Tribute to pop king MJ. The song was originally recorded by Michael Jackson.
