It has been reported that the Gwyneth Paltrow, the famous Hollywood star and mother of two children, has been suffering from bone disease.

The disease is normally found in elderly women.

While examining her, doctors found that her body was extremely deficient in vitamin D. She has been advised by her doctor to spend some time in the sun.

She wrote in her blog, “My doctors tested my vitamin D levels, which turned out to be the lowest thing they had ever seen which is not good”.

Paltrow is living with her husband in London. Her husband Chris Martin is a singer. Paltrow became famous when she received an Oscar for Best Actress for her outstanding performance in Shakespeare in Love.

Paltrow’s lifestyle can also be blamed for her condition. Her diet does not include any dairy products. She is very much concerned about her physique and follows a strict dietary regime.

The doctors said that right now, she has developed the first stage of Osteoporosis. She can be cured by consuming more of vitamin D and calcium-rich diet. Otherwise, her body will be more vulnerable to fractures.

She will have to maintain the right ratio of every vitamin and other nutrients in her body, health expert said.
