BE broadband, the supposed O2-owned mobile phone provider has initiated the latest tests for all new landline service and is seeking for seventy people who can take part in trials and the closing date for the same is believed to be the 9th of July 2010.
People who now register after paying half the cost of their BE Broadband landline package for an entire year will be offered a landline without any calls package for now and this remains the condition for both BE and non-BE customers. Gaining a fast response this step has already seen nearly 500 people in to it.
BE Broadband that launches three different deals offers the first with broadband and line rental and a PAYG plan. The second one comes with an "Evenings and weekends" plan and the third one which is the Anytime package would allow customers to call up to 22 countries for free.
However reports claim that company's most comfortable offering of broadband package currently costs £13.79 per month which sees an additional cost of landline rent of £11.54. O2 bestows the home phone package for £9.50 per month.
